Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the Search Digital Library, CD media of the Proceedings published by IDES-CPS, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks (for the presentation day alone).

Additional Registration Fees - Co-Author or Attendee/Listener or Spouse

Co-author regitrstion is applicable for additional registration of a paper. If the co-authors of a paper is looking for additional registration above frees are applicable.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Agreement Form, which is in PDF format. Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send to ace.register @ theides.org

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard ACEEE double-column format.

All the paper must conform to ACEEE double column guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft Word DOC or DOCX or RTF format only not exceeding stipulated pages including text, figures, tables and references. ACEEE double column guidelines is available at PDF | WORD
